Job Description This is a Full-Time Position (40 Hours per week Mon-Fri)$14 Per HourThe duties of this position are to be performed while demonstrating all of Redd's Ace Hardware's Core Values.
The Business-to-Business Account Executive (Outside Sales) sells Redd's Ace Hardware's business solutions, products and services to its business customers.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesoProvide direct support to B2B Account Executive (Outside Sales Associate)oGenerate new internal leads and build relationships, connecting over the phone or through personal visits and in-store workshops and events.
oMeet new and current business customers and learn their business needs and purchase habits.
oPick, pull and pack will-call, special orders, and/or B2B customer delivery items.
oGenerate customer invoices and purchase orders.
oMarket program to Business-to-Business internal customersoGenerate internal sales leads from potential new customers.
oCreate and maintain customer relationships.
oLearn customer base by speaking with customers, understanding critical market buying influences, and making purchase recommendations.
oPerform product research for unique and special orders via internet research, vendor calls etc.
oGenerate customer quotes and process customer orders.
oEstablish sourcing of products from vendors.
oMonitor competition's pricing, product assortment, services, fees, and marketing efforts to ensure store's Business-to-Business program is competitive.
oTrack and review existing or identify potential new B2B customers including purchase habits that enable new purchasing opportunities.
oEmpower and involve all store personnel in the B2B sales process.
